Completed orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours (or 2 working days) after receipt of payment (except on weekends and holidays) and are usually shipped via Royal Mail. At times we may use other carriers as well.
Shipping fees includes postage costs and packing fees and may include handling fee as well. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of the order separately. We take care to provide normal protective measures using packaging material, when required.
We can not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of the item or for any item damaged while in transit due to a carrier's action and also for any other circumstances that are beyond our control.

REGULAR SAVER DELIVERY: Our REGULAR SAVER DELIVERY SERVICE provides a delivery within 3-5 working days after the despatch of the item. We normally use Royal Mail but at times we may use other carriers as well.
SWIFT DELIVERY: Our SWIFT DELIVERY SERVICE provide a delivery within 48 hours (or 2 working days). Swift Delivery orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for 48 hours delivery. Orders placed with a Swift Delivery shipping method after 12 noon on Thursday, will be dispatched on Monday, to be delivered the following Tuesday/Wednesday (excluding Bank Holidays). Swift Delivery on a Saturday is not currently available. We normally use Royal Mail but at times we may use other carriers as well. Our SWIFT DELIVERY service requires a signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package on line where provided by Royal Mail.
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date.

Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time of 7 days has elapsed.
